Shipping

We can deliver anywhere in the World. All orders are shipped with Posta Slovenije (PRIORITY mail).

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 5pm CET (Central European Time) will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship within 24 hours days within Slovenia and from 9-12 working days anywhere in the World.

Shipping times

Shipping within Slovenia - Rice Butterflies ships to any Slovenian destination. Our goods are shipped by Posta Slovenije. We do everything possible to process your orders within 48 hours of receiving your order and having the goods in stock.

Shipping to International locations - Rice Butterflies ships to all international destinations and offers a calculated cost to ship. Our goods are shipped by Posta Slovenije and all customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Posta Slovenije delivers within 9-12 working days to any destination in the World.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary from country to country (location) and how many items you order (calculated total weight). They are calculated according to price, set by shipping company.

Shipping address

We're not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses - a physical street address is required. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery

As your postal service will deliver your order between 8am-5pm, someone must be available during the daytime to sign for the parcel or you will be notified by postal service to pick up your package in their office. If delivery is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to Rice Butterflies and all associated charges (much more than the original shipping cost) will passed on to you.

Import duty

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt. Please check with your country's authorities to determine if your order will be taxed and at what rate.

Return and exchange policy

All returns must be authorised by Rice Butterflies beforehand. Please notify us that you'd like to return your goods. You can find our full returns policy in the Terms & Conditions section.
